The 28-75 and 70-180 are a well known budget combo for the z mount and are pretty damp good, you get most of the image quality of the top z glass but at a lower cost. I do prefer the 24-120 and 70-200 z personally but I shoot a lot and also use both for video work and they are a bit better as a dual purpose set of gear. The 24-200 is a one-lens solution. The 24-120 is a two-lens solution, combining the 24-120 with a longer lens, perhaps 100-400. The 24-70 is perhaps then a three lens solution, perhaps with the 70-200F2.8 and a longer lens as well (perhaps one day a 200-600). I'm leaning towards a 3 lens set. 14-30, 24-120 and 100-400.
